wagamama is committed to ensuring that our employment practices are fair, inclusive and lawful and collecting diversity information helps us to check the impact of our business practices on different groups. we use the information you provide solely to help us to review the way that we do things, in order to ensure that everyone is being treated fairly and equally.

it is important that wagamama ensure our decisions and business practices are free from bias, are non-discriminatory and are lawful.

we recognise that you may have some concerns about why the information is being requested, how it will be used, or how it will be stored.
